1. Overview & Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account, or purchasing any products from SØUL, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or download our products.

2. Digital Product License

All digital items (including FL Studio project files, synth presets, sample packs, and WAV audio stems) are sold under a non-exclusive license:

• Permitted: You may use the included sounds, samples, and presets in your own original music productions, commercial releases, streaming platforms, and live performances royalty-free.
• Prohibited: You may not re-distribute, sub-license, resell, or share the raw project files, samples, stems, or presets as a standalone sound library or sample pack.
• Demo Tracks: You may not re-release unedited FLP demo arrangements as your own original composition without meaningful creative modification.

3. User Accounts & Customer Vault

When you register, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Purchases are tied to your account and accessible via your customer vault. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt unauthorized sharing of download URLs or abusive automated downloads.

4. Physical Merchandise

For physical merchandise (such as apparel and accessories), we strive to display sizing, colors, and materials accurately. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable local import customs or duties.

5. Payments & Security

All transactions are processed through secure payment service providers (including Stripe). SØUL does not store your full payment card credentials on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, brand assets, artwork, audio previews, and website code are the property of SØUL and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SØUL shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital assets. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their software (e.g. FL Studio, plugins) meets the compatibility requirements stated on product pages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sarawak, Malaysia.
